The Dar-Pol Company has been running in the local area since 1982. Initially the company concentrated in redecoration work and investments in the building trade.

Thanks to the joining of Poland to the European Union it allowed a larger recruitment and specialised selection of qualified tradesmen from Poland. Due to the large advance in business in 2004 Dar-Pol Building Specialists (DBS) was officially set up as a result. DBS now specialises especially in the conversion of Hotels and HMO buildings into self contained flats of various sizes. We now have completed numerous large-scale renovation contracts.
